摘  要:本文主要研究了分子结构对EPDM胶料混炼过程和对工艺性能的影响,其中EPDM组成分子量分布以及长链支化的分布决定了胶料混炼的均匀程度,在分子量研究中EPDM的平均分子量决定胶料的黏度;采用低分子量EPDM可提高混炼过程中浸润和混炼速度。另外,在支化研究中发现,具有中等长链支化的EPDM填料和油更易混入胶料,改善分散效果,获得均匀的混炼胶。In this paper,the effects of molecular structure on the mixing process and process properties of EPDM compound are studied,the molecular weight distribution of EPDM composition and the distribution of long chain branching determine the mixing uniformity of the compound.In the study of molecular weight,the average molecular weight of EPDM determines the viscosity of the compound;The use of low molecular weight EPDM can improve the infiltration and mixing speed in the mixing process.In addition,in the branching study,it is found that EPDM filler and oil with medium long chain branching are easier to mix into the compound,improve the dispersion effect and obtain a uniform compound.
