摘 要:近年来原油的泄漏和含油污水的排放不仅对经济造成了巨大的损失,而且对生态环境也带来了严重的危害。因此,如何使油水混合物能够高效分离成为了一个亟待解决的难题。由于油和水的表面张力不同,所以可选择对油和水亲和力不同的材料表面进行油水混合物的分离,通过对材料表面进行改性使其赋予特殊浸润性来提高油水分离效率。根据油水分离材料对油水混合物分离方式的不同,从“过滤式”和“吸附式”油水分离材料两方面介绍了超浸润表面在油水分离中的应用,最后对其进行了总结和展望。In recent years crude oil spills and oily water discharges have not only caused huge losses to the economy,but also have posed a serious ecological hazard.Therefore,how to make the oil-water mixture can be separated efficiently has become an urgent problem to be solved.As oil and water have different surface tensions,material surfaces with different affinities for oil and water can be selected for the separation of oil-water mixtures,and the efficiency of oil-water separation can be improved by modifying the surface of the material to give it special wettability.The application of super-impregnated surfaces in oil-water separation is presented in terms of"filtered"and"adsorbed"oil-water separation materials according to the different ways of separating oil-water mixtures,and is concluded with a summary and outlook.
