摘 要:边底水油藏含水率上升过快的问题一直困扰着海上油田高效开发,而目前应用的ICD和AICD存在各自问题。理论上,智能复合控水工具(C-AICD)能有效避免单独使用ICD或AICD的缺陷,拥有更好的控水效果。为测试其实际应用效果,开展了C-AICD在海上首次应用试验。首先,简要阐述了C-AICD智能控水的原理,再详细介绍了C-AICD设计过程,并对高产量井控水设计难点,开展多方案比选,提出最优方案。最后,跟踪评价了C-AICD在该井的控水效果发现,采取C-AICD控水措施生产10个月后,已实际增油0.9×10^(4)m^(3),预测累计增油1.85×10^(4)m^(3),表现出良好的控水效果。当前海上边底水油藏众多,随着深水油田不断的开发深入,控水稳油的需求更加突出,C-AICD的试验应用为油田长期控水、持续稳产提供了新的技术手段,具有重要的推广应用价值。The rapid increase of water cut in the edge and bottom water reservoirs has plagued the efficient development of offshore oilfields.ICD and AICD have been widely used and still have their own problems. In theory,composite autonomous inflow water device(CAICD) can effectively avoid the defects of using ICD or AICD alone and have better effect.Therefore, the first confirmatory test of C-AICD was carried out to test its application effect.This paper describes the principle of C-AICD, and the design process of C-AICD. Tracking and evaluating the water control effect of C-AICD of an application well, it is found that after 10 months of production, compared with the predicted results with no water control measure,the actual oil production of the C-AICD well has increased by 9 000 m^(3),and the predicted cumulative oil has increased by 18 500 m^(3),as a result,C-AICD shows good water control effect.At present, there are many offshore edge and bottom water reservoirs, and with the continuous development of deep-water oilfields, the demand for water control is more prominent. The experimental application of C-AICD provides a new technical measure for longterm water control and sustainable production of many offshore oilfields, which has important application value.
