摘 要:氮气驱是在低渗透油藏中补充地层能量并开发原油的一种可行方法。通过室内氮气驱岩心模拟实验研究了地层非均质性以及裂缝发育因素对于产油产气特征的影响。实验发现:非均质性对于氮气驱油效果存在着明显的影响,在双管并联岩心实验中,当渗透率级差从2.0增大到12.3时,高渗管的氮气分流率超过了90%,低渗管岩心采出程度由15%降到了5%,双管岩心实验综合采收率从29.98%减小到22.92%。另外当固定渗透率级差时,低渗管岩心氮气分流量随着渗透率增加而增大,综合驱油采收率随之提高;由于裂缝的存在,氮气气窜现象严重,裂缝间形成气体流动主通道,注入压力与驱油效率大幅度降低,其中产油量的35%被氮气在裂缝之外的基质中携带出来。这些研究结果将为低渗透油藏注氮气技术的发展提供参考。Nitrogen drive is a feasible method for supplementing formation energy and developing crude oil in a low permeability reservoir.This paper studies the influence of formation non-homogeneity and crack developmental factors for the production of oil and gas characteristics by indoor nitrogen driven heart simulation experiments.We found that non-homogeneity has a significant impact on nitrogen-fluid oil effects,in the two-tube parallel coatings,when the penetration level difference increases from 2.0 to 12.3,the high seepage tube is more than 90%.The degree of low-diaphoreius core is reduced by 15%to 5%,and the integrated harvesting of dual-tube core experiments is reduced from 29.98%to 22.92%.In addition,when the permeability difference is fixed,the nitrogen flow increases with the increase of the permeability increase,and the comprehensive oil oil recovery is increased.Due to the existence of cracks,the phenomenon of nitrogen is severely,the main channel of gas flow is formed between cracks,the injection pressure and the oil supply efficiency are greatly reduced and 35%of the oil production is carried in the matrix of nitrogen in the crack.These findings will provide reference for the development of low permeability reservoirs.
