磁化凝析油破乳剂的制备与评价

摘　　要：本文针对模拟凝析油乳液,依据正交实验设计理论,在起始剂的存在下,以路易斯酸为催化剂,环氧氯丙烷与烷氧基缩水甘油醚作为接枝物发生接枝聚合反应,得到系列活性中间体;该活性中间体与特定的有机胺组合发生季铵化反应,经性能评价获得两种单体接枝聚合的最佳条件;该最佳组成中间体与有机胺组合按照条件实验,获得破乳剂中间体的最佳制备工艺条件;破乳剂中间体与表面具有叔胺基团的磁性材料发生季铵化反应最终得到磁化凝析油破乳剂。采用瓶试法,在室温下对系列磁化凝析油破乳剂的破乳性能进行了评价;考察了破乳剂用量对脱水效果的影响;筛选出了性能最佳的磁化凝析油破乳剂制备条件。结果表明,最佳的磁化凝析油破乳剂在其加量为0.8%的情况下,便能达到很好的脱水效果,破乳率达94.9%。磁化凝析油破乳剂的最佳制备条件为:m(磁性材料):m(破乳中间体)=3:0.5,溶剂异丙醇30 mL,回流反应12 h。然而,磁化凝析油破乳剂重复使用性能欠佳。In this paper,the simulation of condensate oil emulsion for the characteristics,a series of the active intermediate were preparated using alkoxy glycidyl ether and epichlorohydrin as a graft copolymer,under starting agent,a lewis acid as catalyst,according to the conditions of orthogonal experimental design.The active intermediate reacts with a specific organic amine by quaterisation and the optimum conditions of graft polymerization of two monomers were obtained by performance evaluation.The optimum preparation conditions of demulsifier intermediate were obtained through the optimum composition of the intermediate and organic amine combination in accordance with the conditions of the experiment.Magnetized demulsifier were synthesized through reaction between the demulsifier intermediate and the magnetic material with tertiary amine groups on the surface by quaterisation.The demulsification performance of a series of magnetic condensate oil magnetized demulsifiers were evaluated using bottle test at a room temperature.The effect of magnetized demulsifier dosage on dehydration was investigated.The optimum preparation conditions of magnetized demulsifier for condensate oil were selected.The results showed that the optimum demulsifying rate of the condensate oil magnetized demulsifier can achieve good dehydrating effect.The optimum demulsifying rate of condensate oil magnetized demulsifier is 94.9%in its dosage of 0.8%.The optimum preparation condition of condensate oil magnetic demulsifier is mass(magnetic material):mass(demulsification intermediate)=3:0.5,isopropanol 30 mL,reflux reaction 12 h.However,the reuse performance of the condensate oil magnetized demulsifier is not good.
