摘 要:结合ASTM D7169方法,用色谱高温模拟蒸馏法对原油和常压渣油的馏程进行了分析,结果表明该方法重复性良好,可以满足炼油厂的日常分析应用。原油各馏分段收率分析结果略高于实沸点蒸馏和实际生产装置的收率,但均满足方法的再现性,不影响给生产装置提供数据参考;常压渣油各馏分段收率分析结果与减压馏程分析结果基本一致,可以用本方法代替减压馏程,提高分析效率。Combined with ASTM D7169 test method,the distillation range of crude oil and atmospheric residue were analyzed by means of chromatographic high temperature simulated distillation.The results showed that the repeatability is good and the method can meet the daily analytical application in the refinery.The results of every fraction yield in crude oil were slightly higher than that of the true boiling point distillation and actual production unit,but all met the reproducibility of the test method,this does not affect to provide data reference for production unit.The results of every fraction yield in atmospheric residue were consistent with the reduced pressure distillation method,thus this method can be used instead of the reduced pressure distillation method to improve the efficiency of analysis.
