空军青少年航空学校学生入学与毕业时远视力和屈光度变化情况分析

摘　　要：目的对比分析空军青少年航空学校(以下简称青航校)学生入学和毕业时的远视力、屈光度的构成变化情况,为进一步做好青航校学生近视防控工作和修订青航校医学选拔标准提供科学依据。方法选取16所青航校2015级和2016级767名学生作为研究对象,对入学和毕业时的远视力和屈光度数进行整理分析,阐明其入学和毕业时远视力和屈光度的构成比,并对远视力和屈光度差值进行配对检验分析。结果青航校学生在入学与毕业时远视力的构成比之间的差异均有统计学意义(P=0.000),2015级学生的配对远视力差值具有统计学意义(P=0.000),2016级学生配对远视力差值无统计学意义(P=0.330);青航校学生在入学与毕业时屈光度的构成比之间的差异和配对屈光度差值的差异均具有统计学意义(P=0.000),2015级屈光度下降大于0.5球面镜度数的110人(35.71%),2016级屈光度下降大于0.5 DS的170人(37.04%)。结论空军青少年航空学校应采取多种科学有效的措施,定期跟踪监控学生视力,视力有下降趋势要及时干预,做好近视防控工作。Objective To analyze the variation of distant vision and diopter of students between admission and graduation in sixteen teenager aviation schools in order to provide data for protecting teenager aviation school students against myopia and modifying the enrollment standards for medical selection.Methods The distant vision and diopter of 767 students of the year 2015 and 2016 in sixteen schools were observed upon admission and before graduation.The constituent ratio and paired variable difference of distant vision and diopter were statistically analyzed.Results There was statistically significant difference in the constituent ratio of distant vision as measured upon enrollment and before graduation(P=0.000).Paired t-test revealed that the variation of distant vision of students of the year 2015 was of statistical significance(P=0.00),but that of students of the year 2016 was not(P=0.330).There was statistically significant difference in the constituent ratio of diopter measured upon enrollment and before graduation(P=0.000).Paired t-test revealed that the difference of diopter was significantly different(P=0.000).The diopter of 110 students of the year 2015 dropped by more than 0.5DS(35.71%),compared with 0.5DS(37.04%)for the 170 students of the year 2016.Conclusion Effective measures should be taken to protect against myopia in Air Force teenager aviation schools.Distant vision should be tracked and monitored regularly.
