摘 要:大豆新品种吉育397是吉林省农业科学院大豆研究所于2013年以合辐08-1为母本,吉育202为父本,进行有性杂交,采用系谱法选育而成。2019—2020年区域试验平均产量3295.8公斤/公顷,较对照增产4.1%;2020年生产试验平均产量3267.8公斤/公顷,较对照吉育303增产6.0%。2021年通过吉林省农作物品种审定委员会审定,审定编号:吉审豆20210025。吉育397为高油、抗病大豆品种,籽粒脂肪含量22.25%;人工接种鉴定,高抗大豆花叶病毒病1号株系,高抗大豆花叶病毒病3号株系,中抗大豆灰斑病,适宜吉林省白城、榆树、延边、通化等大豆中早熟地区种植。The new soybean cultivar Jiyu 397 was bred by the Soybean Research Institute of Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 2013,which through a sexual cross between female parent Hefu 08-1 and male parent Jiyu 202,and then selected by pedigree method.The average yield of the regional trials in 2019 and 2020 was 3295.8 kg/ha,which was an increase of 4.1% over the control;The average hectare yield of the production test in 2020 was 3267.8 kg/ha,which was 6.0% higher than the control Jiyu 303.it was approved by the Jilin Provincial Crop Variety Approval Committee In 2021,and the approval number was Jishendou 20210025.Jiyu 397 is a high-oil and disease-resistant soybean cultivar with a fat content of 22.25%.Artificial inoculation identification showed that Jiyu 397 showed high resistance to soybean mosaic virus disease No.1 and No.3 strains,and showed moderate resistance to soybean gray spot disease.It is suitable for planting in early maturity areas such as Baicheng,Yushu,Yanbian and Tonghua in Jilin Province.
