摘 要:随着高超声速飞行器的发展,地面热强度试验的要求日益严苛。自产的热流计具有尺寸小、安装简便等优点,但其系数的线性度、复现性和长期工作的稳定性还有待进一步提高。通过优化结构设计,改善焊接工艺,更新组装方法,改进自产热流计的各项指标,提升地面热强度试验中热流测量的准确度,使热流计可长时间稳定使用,降低试验成本。With the development of hypersonic vehicles,the requirements for ground thermal intensity tests have become increasingly stringent.The self-produced heat-flux transducer has the advantages of small size and easy installation,but its coefficient linearity,reproducibility and long-term working stability need to be further improved.Optimizing the structural design,improving the welding process,and updating the assembly method improve the various indexes of the self-produced heat-flux transducer.And all of these can improve the accuracy of heat flow measurement in the ground thermal intensity test,enable the heat-flux transducer to be used stably for a long time,and reduce the test cost.
