摘  要:目的分析可溶性E-选择素(sE-SLT)、可溶性细胞间粘附因子-1(sICAM-1)及信号转导和转录激活因子-1(STAT1)在小儿支气管哮喘中的表达及临床意义。方法选取2015年4月至2020年4月本院收治的79例小儿支气管哮喘患者为研究组(急性期48例、缓解期31例),选取同期于本院行健康体检的79例健康儿童为对照组。比较各组血清sE-SLT、sICAM-1及STAT1表达,比较急性与缓解期患儿第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%)、呼气峰值流速占预计值百分比(PEF%)、1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量的百分比(FEV1/FVC%),分析sE-SLT、sICAM-1及STAT1表达与肺功能指标的相关性。结果研究组血清sE-SLT、sICAM-1及STAT1表达水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。急性期患者血清sE-SLT、sICAM-1及STAT1表达水平高于缓解期,FVC_(1)%、PEF%、FEV1/FVC%值低于缓解期,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。支气管哮喘患者血清sE-SLT、sICAM-1及STAT1表达与FVC_(1)%、PEF%值呈负相关关系(P<0.05)。结论sE-SLT、sICAM-1及STAT1可能共同参与了小儿支气管哮喘的病理、生理过程,临床可通过检测上述指标水平协助评估患者的肺功能状态。Objective To analyze the expression and clinical significance of soluble E-selectin(Soluble E-selectin,sE-SLT),soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1)and signal transduction and transcriptional activator(STAT1)in children with bronchial asthma.Methods The 79 patients with pediatric bronchial asthma admitted to this hospital from April 2015 to April 2020 were selected as the study group(48 cases in the acute phase,31 cases in the remission phase).In addition,79 healthy children who had physical examinations in the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of serum sE-SLT,sICAM-1 and STAT1 in different groups were compared.The forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1%),the percentage of peak expiratory flow(PEF%),and the percentage of forced expiratory volume in first second to forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC%)in children at acute stage and remission stage were compared.The correlation between the expression levels of sE-SLT,sICAM-1 and STAT1 and lung function indexes were analyzed.Results The expression levels of serum sE-SLT,sICAM-1 and STAT1 in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression levels of serum sE-SLT,sICAM-1 and STAT1 in the acute phase were significantly higher than those in the remission phase.The FVC_(1)%,PEF%,FEV1/FVC%values in the acute phase were significantly lower than those in the remission phase,and the differences were statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).The expression levels of serum s E-SLT,s ICAM-1 and STAT1 in patients with bronchial asthma were negatively correlated with FVC_(1)%and PEF%values(P<0.05).Conclusion s E-SLT,s ICAM-1 and STAT1 may jointly participate in the pathological and physiological processes of patients with pediatric bronchial asthma.Clincally,the level of the above indicators can assist in evaluating the patient.s pulmonary function status.
