摘  要:基于某超高压汽包锅炉自投产以来多次出现炉水磷酸盐暂时消失和锅炉爆管事故问题,结合试验测试数据,分析了炉水磷酸盐暂时消失的原因,提出了一种不停炉、切实可行的磷酸盐暂时消失处理方法,效果十分明显。Based on the problems of temporary disappearance of phosphate in boiler water and boiler tube explosion for many times since an ultra-high pressure drum boiler was put into operation,combined with the test data,the causes of temporary disappearance of phosphate in boiler water were analyzed,and a practical and feasible treatment method of temporary disappearance of phosphate without boiler shutdown was put forward,which has achieved obvious effect.
