摘 要:针对某钢厂轧钢加热炉余热锅炉2次漏水问题,根据余热锅炉漏水位置及锅炉元件破坏型式,结合余热锅炉的结构型式、设计制造、应力分析、耐热防护等进行综合研判,分析此余热锅炉2次漏水的根本原因,提出相应的解决方案,并进一步提出设计烟气温度较高的轧钢加热炉余热锅炉需要特别注意的事项。Aiming at the problem of secondary water leakage of waste heat boiler of rolling mill heating furnace in a steel plant,according to the water leakage position of waste heat boiler and the damage type of boiler elements and combined with the structural type,design and manufacture,stress analysis and heat-resistant protection of waste heat boil⁃er,the root causes of secondary water leakage of waste heat boiler are analyzed and corre⁃sponding solutions are put forward,It also puts forward the matters needing special attention in the design of waste heat boiler of rolling mill heating furnace with high flue gas tempera⁃ture.
