摘　　要：介绍了一种热轧钢卷重量的精确估算方法。通过精确估算的钢卷重量,及时发现热轧运输线钢卷秤称重不准确的突发异常情况,也可以用于计算卷取机卷筒的生产吨位数值,一定程度上提高了热轧线自动化生产效率。An accurate estimation method of the weight of hot rolled coil is intro duced.Through the accurate estimation of the steel coil weight,the sudden abnormal situa tion of inaccurate weighing of the steel coil scale on the hot rolling transportation line can be found in time.It can also be used to calculate the production tonnage of the coiler drum,which improves the automatic production efficiency of the hot rolling line to a certain extent.
