摘　　要：介绍了90 MN油压机移动台差动控制液压工作原理,针对90 MN油压机移动台在实际的工作过程中多次出现有杆腔无高压锁紧故障现象进行了详细分析,提出了排除故障的方法,有利于提高设备生产效率。The paper introduces the hydraulic working principle of differential control of 90 MN hydraulic press mobile station,analyzes in detail the failure of 90 MN hydraulic press mobile station with rod cavity without high pressure locking for many times in the ac tual working process,and puts forward troubleshooting methods,which is helpful to improv ing the production efficiency of the equipment.
