高校大学生创业孵化器管理:现状、问题与对策——以浙江省三所高校为例

摘　　要：高校创业孵化器越来越成为各高校培养创业人才的基础平台。以实地调查、访谈等方式,调查了浙江省三所具有代表性的高校并对其进行研究,发现这三所高校创业孵化器存在组织结构僵化、管理权责不清、规章制度不完整、缺乏监督体系和缺乏科学管理等问题,并提出创新管理体制、完善监督机制和实行科学管理等对策。最后针对访谈结果得出结论并从高校、学生和企业人员等三个角度提出大学生创业孵化器发展的展望,旨在为其他高校孵化器的建立与管理提供借鉴价值。Incubators have increasingly become the basic platform for universities to train entrepreneurial talents.By means of field investigations and interviews,three representative universities in Zhejiang Province were investigated and researched,and found that these three universities’entrepreneurial incubators had rigid organizational structures,unclear management rights and responsibilities,incomplete rules and regulations,and lack of Supervision system and lack of scientific management and other issues,and put forward countermeasures such as innovative management system,perfect supervision mechanism and implementation of scientific management.Finally,conclusions are drawn from the interview results and the prospects for the development of undergraduate entrepreneurship incubators are putforward from three perspectives:universities,students and business personnel,aiming to provide reference value for the establishment and management of other university incubators.
