摘  要:为研究温度和水分处理对银杏生长及次生代谢的影响,设置2个温度处理和2个水分处理进行组合试验。结果表明,在最高温25℃,最低温15℃处理下银杏的株高、地径和干物质量均高于最高温35℃,最低温25℃处理;且在同一温度处理下,土壤含水量为55%~60%的处理株高、地径和干物质量显著低于40%~45%处理。槲皮素和总黄酮含量在最高温35℃,最低温25℃处理下高于最高温25℃,最低温15℃处理;山奈酚含量则相反。槲皮素和山奈酚在土壤含水量55%~60%处理下高于40%~45%处理。In order to study the effects of temperature and moisture content on the growth and secondary metabolism of Ginkgo biloba, 2 temperature treatments and 2 moisture content treatments were set for combined test. Results showed that the plant height, ground diameter and dry matter weight of Ginkgo biloba treated at 25 ℃ and 15 ℃ were higher than those treated at 35 ℃ and 25 ℃. Under the same temperature treatment, the plant height, ground diameter and dry matter weight with soil water content of 55%~60% was significantly lower than that of 40%~45%. The contents of quercetin and total flavonoids were higher at 35 ℃ and 25 ℃ than that at 25 ℃ and 15 ℃, while the content of kaempferol was the opposite. The contents of quercetin and kaempferol with soil water content of 55%~60% were higher than that of 40%~45%.
