摘 要:很多机械零件在使用中都是因磨损而失效,造成了重大的经济损失。因此,如何改善机械零件的耐磨性已成为研究的热点。激光熔覆增材和织构化减材制造技术能显著改善机械零件的耐摩擦磨损性能,近年来得到了广泛的关注和研究。今后这两项技术的主要研究方向是:加强对织构化减材技术的理论研究;减小复合涂层的开裂敏感性和提高其与基体的结合强度;通过将激光熔覆增材制造技术与激光织构化减材技术相结合来更有效地改善机械零件的耐摩擦磨损性能。A large number of machinery parts became invalid due to wear in service,thus resulting in significant economic losses.Consequently,how the wear resistance of machinery part is improved has become a research hotspot.The laser cladding additive and the texturing subtractive manufacturing technologies make it possible to improve considerably wear resistance of machinery parts,and has received extensive attention and research in recent years.From now on,the main research directions of these two technologies are as follows:(a)strengthening the theoretical research on the texturi ng subtractive manufacturing technology;(b)reduction in sensitivity of the composite coating to cracking and increase in bonding strength between coating and basic metal;and(c)even effective improvement in friction-wear resistance of machinery parts by combination of the laser cladding additive manufacturing technology and the texturing subtractive manufacturing technology.
