摘  要:某公司CVT变速箱油泵总成运行中因轴断裂而失效。对失效的油泵总成组件进行了断口分析及几何形状、表面和心部硬度、有效硬化层深度、显微组织、化学成分测定。结果表明:断裂轴的成分、硬度、显微组织和有效硬化层深度基本合格,但其转子、定子和叶片的厚度超过要求值,致使转子、定子端面与泵盖面之间运行时相互摩擦、刮蹭,使轴受力不均匀而快速剪切断裂。CVTgearbox oil pump assembly failed because of axle fracturing in operating in a company.The failed oil pump assembly was tested for fracture form,geometric shape,surface and core hardnesses,effective hardening depth,microstructure and chemical composition.The results showed that the compos ition,hardness,microstructure and effective hardening depth conformed basically with the requirements,however,the thickness of rotor,stator and blades all exceeded the required value,resulting in fraction and scratching between the rotor and stator end faces and the pump cover face,and rapid shear fracturing of the axle due to non-uniform force acting on it.
