摘　　要：目的探讨药师规范化培训基地的建设成果及培训效果。方法根据国家及省市下发的各类文件、指导意见、培训方法与标准等,从组织管理架构、制度流程建设、师资培养及队伍建设、培训考核评价机制等建设药师规范化培训基地的框架,并以实际情况完善后实施。结果最终招收并注册学籍的2018-2019级83名社会学员经过1年在院规范化培训后,除1名学员缺考外,其余82名学员均通过四川省卫生健康委员会毕业后医学教育委员会办公室规范的结业理论考试,通过率为100.00%,临床实践能力和理论成绩平均分为78.52分。结论培训基地的组织管理架构、制度流程建设、师资培养及队伍建设、培训考核评价机制等都是基地建设的重要组成部分。Objective To investigate the achievements in the construction of standardized training bases and the training effects for pharmacists.Methods According to the various documents,guidance,training methods and standards issued by the state,provinces and cities,the framework of a standardized training base for pharmacists was constructed from the organization and management structure,system and process construction,teacher training and team construction,training assessment and evaluation mechanism,and it was implemented after being improved according to the actual situation.Results Finally,83 social students who were finally enrolled and registered as trainees in 2018-2019 grades,after one year of standardized training in the hospital,except for one trainee who was absent from the exam,the other 82 trainees passed the examination in the standard graduation theory examination of the Office of Post-Graduate Medical Education Committee of Sichuan Provincial Health Commission,with the pass rate of 100%,and the average score of clinical practice ability and theory was 78.52 points.Conclusion The organization and management structure,system and process construction,teacher training and team construction,training assessment,and evaluation mechanism of the training base are all important parts of the base construction.
