摘　　要：目的探讨胰岛素泵持续强化联合运动疗法对妊娠期糖尿病患者左室舒张早期快速充盈的充盈峰/舒张晚期充盈的充盈峰(E/A)、二尖瓣舒张早期血流充盈速度/心肌舒张早期二尖瓣环根部运动速度峰值比(E/Ea)的影响。方法选取河北省中医院2019年4月至2020年4月收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者102例,采用随机数字表法均分为常规组和联合组,各51例。两组患者均予运动疗法进行干预,联合组患者加用胰岛素泵持续强化治疗,均治疗1个月。结果联合组的总有效率为98.04%,显著高于常规组的78.43%(P <0.05)。与常规组比较,治疗后联合组患者的超敏C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、脑钠肽水平均显著更低(P <0.05);E/A升高更显著,E/Ea降低更显著(P <0.05);高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平显著更高,总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、三酰甘油水平均显著更低(P <0.05)。联合组和常规组不良反应发生率相当(3.92%比1.96%, P> 0.05)。结论胰岛素泵持续强化联合运动疗法治疗妊娠期糖尿病疗效较好,可明显降低患者的血清炎性因子水平和E/Ea,提高E/A,改善血脂代谢指标水平,且安全性较高。Objective To investigate the effect of continuous intensive insulin pump therapy combined with exercise therapy on the ratio of left ventricular peak velocity early diastolic filling to peak velocity of late diastolic filling(E/A),and the ratio of mitral valve peak velocity early diastolic filling to early diastolic myocardial motion peak velocity in the mitral annulus(E/Ea)of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 102 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to the Hebei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected and divided into the conventional group and the combined group by the random number table method,51 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were intervened with exercise therapy,on this basis,the patients in the combined group were intervened with continuous intensive insulin pump therapy.Both groups were treated for one month.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 98.04%,which was significantly higher than 78.43%of the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The E/A in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05),while the E/Ea in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group,while the levels of total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and triacylglycerol(TG)in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was similar to that in the control group(3.92%vs.1.96%,P>0.05).Conclusion Continuous intensive insulin pump therapy combined with exercise
