摘　　要：目的考证中药何首乌的基源品种、道地产区,分析德庆何首乌的发展现状。方法查阅历代本草书籍,对中药何首乌的基源品种、道地产区及德庆何首乌的发展现状进行梳理和考证。结果何首乌的记载最早出现于唐代《何首乌录》,历代本草对其形态学记载与现今的何首乌有一定差异,其基源品种应为蓼科植物何首乌Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.。广东德庆作为何首乌的道地产区,最早记载于清代1833年《肇庆府志》,而成书较《肇庆府志》晚15年的本草专著《本草求原》中最先明确产自德庆的何首乌为佳;现代研究表明,德庆何首乌有效成分含量高,安全性好,质量优,为道地药材。结论何首乌作为药食两用的中药材,民间应用历史悠久,德庆何首乌作为国家地理标志农产品有效成分含量高,安全性好,质量优,具有良好的发展及研究前景。Objective To investigate the botanical origin and producing area of Polygonum multiflorum,and to analyze the development status of Polygonum multiflorum in Deqing.Methods The ancient herbal books were consulted to sort out and textually research the botanical origin and producing area of Polygonum multiflorum,and the development status of Polygonum multiflorum in Deqing.Results Polygonum multiflorum was firstly recorded in Heshouwu Lu in the Tang Dynasty.The morphological records of Polygonum multiflorum in the past dynasties had some differences from those of nowadays,its botanical origin should be Polygonum multiflorum Thunb..Deqing in Guangdong Province was a producing area of Polygonum multiflorum,which was early recorded in Zhaoqing Fuzhi in Qing Dynasty(1833).And Bencao Qiuyuan,a herbal monograph finished 15 years later than Zhaoqing Fuzhi,firstly recorded that Polygonum multiflorum in Deqing was better.Modern research shows that Polygonum multiflorum in Deqing is the genuine medicinal material with high content,good safety and excellent quality.Conclusion Polygonum multiflorum has been widely adopted as traditional Chinese medicine and food for a long time,and Polygonum multiflorum in Deqing,as a national agriculture product of geographical indication,has the higher active ingredient,good safety,and excellent quality,and has good development and research prospects.
