摘　　要：目的观察在西医综合治疗基础上联合血栓通穴位注射治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的临床疗效。方法将60例普通型COVID-19患者分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用西医综合治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上,联合血栓通穴位注射治疗。观察两组临床疗效。结果观察组痊愈22例,转为重症0例;对照组痊愈13例,转为重症2例;两组痊愈率和重症转化率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组。结论在西医综合治疗基础上,联合血栓通穴位注射可提高新型冠状病毒肺炎的痊愈率,降低重症转化率。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture point injection of Xue Shuan Tong for coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) on the basis of comprehensive treatment of Western medicine. Method Sixty patients with common coronavirus disease 2019 were randomized to an observation group and a control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received comprehensive treatment of Western medicine and the observation group received acupuncture point injection of Xue Shuan Tong in addition. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Result Twenty-two cases were cured and no case turned to be severe in the observation group;13 cases were cured and 2 cases turned to be severe in the control group. The cure rate and the severe conversion rate had statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05) and were better in the observation group than those in the control group. Conclusion On the basis of comprehensive treatment of Western medicine, acupuncture point injection of Xue Shuan Tong can increase the cure rate for coronavirus disease 2019 and reduce the severe conversion rate.
