揿针治疗功能性消化不良伴有轻中度抑郁状态的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察揿针治疗功能性消化不良(FD)伴轻中度抑郁状态的临床疗效。方法纳入64例FD伴轻中度抑郁状态患者,随机分为对照组(32例)和试验组(32例)。试验组予以口服莫沙必利联合揿针治疗,对照组予口服莫沙必利联合舍曲林治疗。比较两组治疗前后利兹消化不良问卷调查表(LDQ)及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分变化,比较两组的临床疗效和安全性。结果试验组总有效率为87.5%,对照组为81.3%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后LDQ评分均优于同组治疗前(P<0.05),试验组治疗后LDQ评分优于对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。两组治疗后HAMD评分均优于同组治疗前(P<0.05),但两组治疗后HAMD评分组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗过程中两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论揿针联合莫沙必利可显著改善患者消化不良症状及抑郁情况,且安全性好。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of thumb-tack needle therapy for functional dyspepsia FD with mild to moderate depression. Method Sixty-four FD patients with mild to moderate depression were randomized to an experimental group(32 cases) and a control group(32 cases). The experimental group received oral administration of Mosapride plus thumb-tack needle therapy and the control group, oral administration of Mosapride plus Sertraline.The Leeds dyspepsia questionnaire(LDQ) scores and the Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The clinical efficacies and safeties were compared between the two groups. Result The total efficacy rate was 87.5% in the experimental group and 81.3% in the control group with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05). After treatment, the LDQ score improved in the two groups compared with before(P<0.05) and was better in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the HAM score was better in the two groups compared with before(P<0.05) but had no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion Thumb-tack needle therapy plus Mosapride can markedly relieve dyspepsia and depression symptoms with good safety.
