针灸治疗中年女性慢性疲劳综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察针刺疗法联合经络灸治疗脾肾阳虚型中年女性慢性疲劳综合征的临床疗效。方法将60例慢性疲劳综合征中年女性患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。治疗组采用针刺疗法联合经络灸治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗。观察两组治疗前后的临床症状评分、疲劳量表-14评分、疲劳评定量表评分和血清免疫指标的变化。结果治疗组总有效率93.3%,高于对照组的83.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后临床症状评分、疲劳量表-14评分、疲劳评定量表评分和血清免疫指标均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺疗法联合经络灸治疗脾肾阳虚型中年女性慢性疲劳综合征的临床疗效优于常规针刺治疗,可更有效地改善临床症状并调节免疫水平。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus meridian moxibustion for chronic fatigue syndrome of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type in middle-aged women. Method Sixty middle-aged women with chronic fatigue syndrome were allocated, using a random number table, to a treatment group(30 cases) and a control group(30 cases). The treatment group received acupuncture plus meridian moxibustion and the control group received conventional acupuncture. The clinical symptom score, the fatigue scale-14 score and the fatigue assessment scale score were recorded and serum immune indicators were measured in the two groups before and after treatment. Result The total efficacy rate was 93.3% in the treatment group, which was higher than 83.3% in the control group with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). After treatment, the clinical symptom score, the fatigue scale-14 score, the fatigue assessment scale score and serum immune indicators improved in the two groups compared with before(P<0.01) and were better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Acupuncture plus meridian moxibustion is more effective than conventional acupuncture in clinical treatment for chronic fatigue syndrome of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type in middle-aged women and in relieving the clinical symptoms and regulating immune levels.
