温针灸对肾阳虚海洛因戒断者稽延性戒断症状的影响

摘　　要：目的观察温针灸治疗肾阳虚型海洛因戒断者稽延性戒断症状的临床疗效。方法将56例患者随机分为温针组和自然戒断组,每组28例。温针组在美沙酮脱毒治疗结束后行温针治疗;自然戒断组在美沙酮脱毒治疗结束后自然戒断。观察两组治疗前(T0)、治疗1周后(T1)、治疗2周后(T2)及治疗后(T3)稽延性戒断症状评分及躯体症状因子、情绪症状因子、睡眠障碍因子的评分。结果 T1时,温针组症状评分、躯体症状因子、情绪症状因子、睡眠障碍因子评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);自然戒断组各评分与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。T2、T3时,两组症状评分、躯体症状因子、情绪症状因子评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);温针组睡眠障碍因子评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05);自然戒断组睡眠障碍因子评分与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。T2时,温针组症状评分、躯体症状因子、睡眠障碍因子评分均低于自然戒断组(P<0.05);T3时,温针组症状评分、躯体症状因子、情绪症状因子、睡眠障碍因子评分均低于自然戒断组(P<0.05)。结论温针灸能有效改善肾阳虚型海洛因戒断者稽延性戒断症状,且起效时间早,在改善睡眠障碍方面效果显著。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of warm needling for protracted withdrawal symptoms in heroin addicts of kidney yang deficiency pattern. Method Fifty-six patients were randomized into a warm needling group and a natural withdrawal group, with 28 cases in each group. The warm needling group was intervened by warm needling following Methadone detoxification treatment;the natural withdrawal group underwent natural withdrawal after Methadone detoxification treatment. The protracted withdrawal symptoms score was observed before treatment(T0), at treatment week 1(T1), treatment week 2(T2) and after treatment(T3) in both groups, as well as the somatic symptoms factor, emotional symptoms factor and sleep disorder factor scores. Result The protracted withdrawal symptoms score, and the scores of somatic symptoms factor, emotional symptoms factor and sleep disorder factor all declined at T1 compared with the baseline in the warm needling group(P<0.05);while the changes of the scores were statistically insignificant in the natural withdrawal group(P>0.05). At T2 and T3, the protracted withdrawal symptoms score and the scores of somatic symptoms factor and emotional symptoms factor dropped compared with the baseline in both groups(P<0.05);the sleep disorder factor score dropped in the warm needling group compared with the baseline(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the sleep disorder factor score compared with the baseline in the natural withdrawal group(P>0.05). At T2, the protracted withdrawal symptoms score and the scores of somatic symptoms factor and sleep disorder factor were lower in the warm needling group than in the natural withdrawal group(P<0.05);at T3, the protracted withdrawal symptoms score and the scores of somatic symptoms factor, emotional symptoms factor and sleep disorder factor were lower in the warm needling group than in the natural withdrawal group(P<0.05).
