序贯针灸联合补肾活血方对薄型子宫内膜厚度、形态及血流动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的观察序贯针灸联合补肾活血方对薄型子宫内膜患者子宫内膜厚度、形态分型及血流动力学的影响。方法将60例薄型子宫内膜患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。对照组予口服戊酸雌二醇片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合序贯针灸及补肾活血方治疗。比较两组治疗前后子宫内膜厚度、子宫形态分型及子宫动脉血流动力学的变化,比较两组的临床疗效。结果两组治疗后子宫内膜厚度均较治疗前增加(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组A型子宫内膜形态比例显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),且高于对照组(P<0.05);C型子宫内膜形态比例显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组子宫动脉血流搏动指数(PI)与阻力指数(RI)均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且治疗组PI和RI低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在口服药物治疗基础上,序贯针灸联合补肾活血方能增加薄型子宫内膜患者子宫内膜厚度,改善子宫形态及血流动力学,临床疗效优于单纯口服药物治疗。Objective To observe the effect of sequential acupuncture plus Bu Shen Huo Xue prescription on endometrial thickness, morphological classification and hemodynamics in patients with thin endometrium. Method Sixty patients with thin endometrium were randomized to a control group and a treatment group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received oral administration of Estradiol valerate tablets and the treatment group was given sequential acupuncture plus Bu Shen Huo Xue prescription in addition. Endometrial thickness, morphological classification and hemodynamics were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Result After treatment, endometrial thickness increased in the two groups compared with before(P<0.05) and was better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the proportion of endometrial morphology A increased significantly in the treatment group compared with before(P<0.05) and was higher than in the control group(P<0.05);the proportion of endometrial morphology C decreased significantly in the treatment group compared with before(P<0.05) and was lower than in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, uterine artery pulsation index(PI) and resistance index(RI)decreased in the two groups compared with before(P<0.05) and were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05). The total efficacy rate was higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of oral medication, sequential acupuncture plus Bu Shen Huo Xue prescription can increase endometrial thickness and improve endometrial morphology and hemodynamics in patients with thin endometrium. Its clinical efficacy is better than that of oral medication alone.
