腹针联合中药外洗治疗肝肾阴虚型老年性阴道炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察薄氏腹针联合自拟中药外洗方治疗肝肾阴虚型老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法选取肝肾阴虚型老年性阴道炎患者120例,观察组60例,对照组60例。观察组采用薄氏腹针联合自拟中药外洗方治疗,对照组采用甲硝唑阴道凝胶剂治疗。比较两组临床疗效和复发率,观察两组治疗前后子宫内膜厚度、血清雌二醇(estradiol, E_(2))水平的变化。结果观察组痊愈率和总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05),两组复发率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗前后子宫内膜厚度和血清雌激素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后子宫内膜厚度和E2水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论薄氏腹针联合自拟中药外洗方治疗肝肾阴虚型老年性阴道炎的临床疗效优于甲硝唑阴道凝胶剂治疗。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Bo’s abdominal acupuncture plus self-established Chinese medicinal prescription for external wash in treating vaginitis in the elderly of liver-kidney yin deficiency pattern.Method A total of 120 elderly vaginitis patients of liver-kidney yin deficiency pattern were enrolled, including 60 cases in the observation group and 60 cases in the control group. The observation group was treated with Bo’s abdominal acupuncture plus external wash with the self-established Chinese medicinal prescription, while the control group was treated with Metronidazole vaginal gel. Clinical efficacy and relapse rate were compared between the two groups. Endometrial thickness and the serum estradiol(E_(2)) level were observed before and after treatment in both groups. Result The recovery rate and total effective rate were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05), while there was no significant difference in the relapse rate between the two groups(P>0.05). There were no significant changes in the endometrial thickness and serum E2 level after treatment in the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment, there were no significant differences in the endometrial thickness and E2 level between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Bo’s abdominal acupuncture plus external wash with self-established Chinese medicinal prescription can produce more significant clinical efficacy in treating vaginitis in the elderly of liver-kidney yin deficiency pattern than Metronidazole vaginal gel.
