摘  要:对过水路面涵管桥进行防洪影响评价,通过三种方法推求设计洪水,分析过水路面涵管桥不同频率洪水中的通行天数、不同工况条件下的过流能力及河道行洪安全,通过综合洪水影响评价,提出过水路面涵管桥在工程建设运行中的优缺点,给出两种涉河过道方案和建议。在项目可行性研究和初步设计中,除了前期查勘及水雨情资料收集外,应充分考虑洪水影响,经过综合论证选择安全、合理、经济、适用的方案,既节省工作量又保证工作进度。Conduct flood control impact assessment on culvert bridges on water-crossing roads.Three methods are used to derive the design flood,and the passage days of the culvert bridges on the water-passing pavement,the passage capacity under different working conditions and the flood passage safety of the river are analyzed in different frequency floods.Through the comprehensive flood impact assessment,the advantages and disadvantages of the culvert bridge on the waterpassing pavement in the construction and operation of the project are put forward,and two schemes and suggestions for crossing the river are given.In the feasibility study and preliminary design of the project,in addition to the preliminary survey and the collection of water and rain data,the impact of floods should be fully considered.After comprehensive argumentation,a safe,reasonable,economical,and applicable plan is selected,which not only saves workload but also guarantees work progress.
