摘 要:某框架-核心筒超高层塔楼,为超B级高度建筑,高宽比7.21。为减轻自重并增加结构抗侧刚度,采用型钢混凝土柱+钢筋混凝土核心筒+环带桁架+伸臂桁架组成的结构体系。采用两种结构分析软件对塔楼的力学特性和抗震性能进行对比分析。通过筛选地震波进行弹性时程分析、补充分析及抗震性能化设计;针对结构特点和薄弱环节进行分析并采取加强措施。A super high-rise frame-corewall tower building is identified as a super high-rise building above B level with its width ratio of 7.21.In order to reduce the dead load and strength the lateral stiffness of the structure,a structural system consisting of the steel reinforced concrete column and the reinforced concrete corewall and the band truss and the outrigger truss is adopted.Two kinds of structural analysis software are used to compare and analyze the mechanical properties and seismic performance of the structure.The elastic time history analysis is carried out by selecting seismic waves for supplementary analysis and seismic performance design.The structural characteristics and weaknesses are analyzed and reinforcement measures are taken.
