基于水性聚氨脂丙烯酸涂料武夷山摩崖石刻保护技术试验研究

摘　　要：通过耐水性、附着力、耐候性等性能测试,以及现场描绘试验研究,开发了一种对岩石表面风化小、附着力强、色彩鲜亮的水性聚氨脂丙烯酸涂料。该涂料柔韧性和强度较为适中,漆膜的延展性较好,在温差湿度交替作用下不易开裂,干燥后表面平整,且不褪色,可以保持5年以上;提出了针对旧基材-保留旧油漆和旧基材-清除旧油漆两种施工工艺;找出了一种2道薄层漆膜的描绘工艺,能够保证摩崖石刻成为较美的文化景观。Through tests of water resistance,adhesion and weather resistance,as well as field paint tests,a water-based polyurethane acrylic paint with little weathering on the surface of the rocks,strong adhesion and bright colors has been developed.The paint has moderate flexibility and strength.The paint film has good ductility,and is not easy to crack under the action of temperature and humidity.The surface of the dried paint is flat and the paint can be maintained without discoloration for more than 5 years.Two construction techniques are proposed for the old substrate-retaining the old paint and the old substrate-removing the old paint.A thin depiction of two painting techniques have been found,which can ensure that the cliff stone carvings become a more beautiful cultural landscape.
