摘 要:近几年,BIM技术的出现为装配式建筑的发展提供了新的契机。BIM技术由于具有可视化、一体化、参数化、仿真性、优化性、可出图性等特点,很好地满足了装配式建筑从设计、生产、施工到运营维护等全生命周期的要求。但现阶段,将装配式建筑与BIM技术结合应用仍处于探索阶段,如何运用BIM技术提高装配式建筑发展水平是当前亟待解决的问题。文章结合实际工程案例提出BIM+装配式标准化设计的应用,以期为探索BIM技术的应用提供一种思路。In recent years,the emergence of BIM technology provides a new opportunity for the development of prefabricated buildings.BIM technology has the characteristics of visualization,integration,parameterization,simulation,optimization,and graphing,and it satisfies the requirements of the entire life cycle of prefabricated buildings from design,production,construction,to operation and maintenance.However,at this stage,the combined application of prefabricated buildings and BIM technology is still in the exploratory stage.How to use BIM technology to improve the development level of prefabricated buildings is a problem that needs to be solved urgently.This article puts forward the application of BIM assembly-style standardized design in combination with actual engineering cases,in order to provide a way of thinking for exploring the application of BIM technology.
