两种新型纺纱技术的发展现状

摘　　要：总结2020中国国际纺织机械展览会暨ITMA亚洲展览会上两种新型纺纱设备的技术特点及其创新要点。从高速高产化、高品质高质量化、高度自动化和智能化等方面,分析了转杯纺纱设备和喷气涡流纺纱设备的技术进展情况及创新。指出:新型纺纱技术的应用在减少用工成本、提高生产效率和产品质量方面有显著提升。认为:新型纺纱设备的技术创新可有效提升产品的可靠性和稳定性,国产新型纺纱设备关键技术仍有较大的提升空间。Technology characteristics and innovation points of two new spinning machines at ITMA ASIA+CITME2020 were summarized.The technology progress and innovation of rotor spinning equipment and air jet vortex spinning equipment were analyzed from the aspects of high speed and high yield,high quality,high automation and intelligence.It was pointed out that the application of new spinning technology were significantly improved on labor cost,production efficiency and product quality.It is considered that reliability and stability of the products can be effectively improved by technology innovation of new spinning equipment,there is still a large space for improvement of key technologies of new spinning equipment.
