摘 要:探讨环锭纺细纱工序实现自动化与柔性化的途径、现状和发展趋势。以2020中国国际纺织机械展览会暨ITMA亚洲展览会为背景,分别从细纱机工作模块、细纱工序过程连续化和细纱机辅助模块3个方面,对国内外相关设备的自动化与柔性化方面进行了对比分析,并进行展望。指出:从细纱工序的自动化和柔性化来看,国内主机和配套产品近年来有了长足的进步,与国外先进水平相比差距进一步缩小;在许多自动化改造细节方面,国内创新水平不断提升。认为:细纱机的自动化、前后道工序衔接的自动化、纺纱流程信息化和智能化有助于纺纱全流程智能化的实现。The way,current situation and development trend of ring spinning process realizing automation and flexibility were discussed.Taking ITMA ASIA+CITME2020 as the background,the automation and flexibility of related equipment at home and abroad were compared,analyzed and prospected from three aspects of spinning frame working module,spinning process continuity and spinning auxiliary module.It was pointed out that from the perspective of automation and flexibility of spinning process,the domestic host and supporting products had made great progress in recent years,the gap was further narrowed compared with foreign advanced level.The domestic innovation level was constantly improved in many details of automation modification.It is considered that spinning frame automation,connecting process automation and information,intelligence of spinning process are helpful to realize the intellectualization of spinning process.
