摘 要:探讨导电腈纶纱的导电性及其织物的电热性能。以腈纶长丝与腈纶短纤纱为基材,采用原位聚合法掺杂聚苯胺和化学镀银的方法,制备了聚苯胺改性腈纶长丝和聚苯胺改性腈纶短纤纱。测试分析了过硫酸铵浓度、硝酸银浓度对两种纱导电性的影响,并测试了各自导电织物的电热性能。结果表明:以0.25 mol/L过硫酸铵、10 g/L硝酸银制备的聚苯胺改性腈纶导电长丝导电性和导电均匀性更好。认为:聚苯胺改性腈纶长丝的导电性及其织物的电热性能更好。Electrical conductivity of conducting acrylic yarn and its fabric electrothermal property were discussed.Acrylic filament and acrylic staple yarn were used as base material.Polyaniline modified acrylic filament and polyaniline modified acrylic staple yarn were prepared by in-situ polymerization method with polyaniline and chemical silver plating method.Effects of ammonium persulfate concentration and silver nitrate concentration on the electrical conductivity of two kinds of yarn were analyzed,electrothermal properties of the conductive fabrics were tested.The results showed that the polyaniline modified acrylic conductive filament prepared with 0.25 mol/L ammonium persulfate and 10 g/L silver nitrate had better conductivity and conductivity uniformity.It is considered that polyaniline modified acrylic filament has better electrical conductivity,so it has better electrothermal property.
