摘 要:探讨温度自适应变露点纺织空调自动控制系统的研发与应用效果。为了充分利用新风冷量,节约纺织空调能耗,研发了温度自适应变露点纺织空调自动控制系统。针对纺织空调系统以喷水室为冷源的实际情况,在新风冷量、低耗电量优先的基础上,提出了车间温度自适应的新风利用原则。基于变露点恒温恒湿空调自动控制系统,实现了纺织车间全年无分区空调系统的自动控制。认为:该系统运行稳定可靠,具有很好的节能效果。Research development and application effect of temperature adaptive variable dew point textile air conditioning automatic control system were discussed.In order to make full use of fresh air cooling capacity and save energy consumption of textile air conditioning,an automatic control system of temperature adaptive variable dew point textile air conditioning was developed.In view of the fact that the textile air conditioning system takes the spray chamber as the cold source,the principle of fresh air utilization based on the fresh air cooling quantity and low power consumption was put forward.Based on automatic control system of variable dew point constant temperature and humidity air conditioning,the automatic control of year-round non-zonal air conditioning system in textile workshop was realized.It is considered that the system runs stably and reliably,energy saving effect is better.
