多维度表里换层织物的设计方法

摘　　要：总结多维度表里换层织物的设计方法。为丰富织物效果,介绍了在多臂织机上开发不同双层织物方法。通过改变纹样构图、配色、织物组织等,在多臂织机上开发了不同风格的表里换层织物,并进行了小样织造,得到了几款风格各异的表里换层织物。综合运用多种维度的设计方法,创新设计了几款具有特殊外观效应与特殊功能的表里换层织物。认为:灵活选择设计方法,可以开发出不同效果的双层织物。Design method of multi-dimensional surface and inner layer exchange fabric was summarized.In order to enrich fabric effect,methods of developing different double-layer fabrics on dobby loom were introduced.Through changing pattern composition,color matching and fabric weave.Different styles of surface and inner layer exchange fabrics were developed on dobby loom,and sample weaving were carried out.Several different styles of surface and inner layer exchange fabrics were obtained.Multi-dimensional design methods were comprehensively used,several surface and inner layer exchange fabrics with special appearance effects and special functions were innovatively designed.It is considered that double-layer fabrics with different effects can be developed through flexible choice of design methods.
