再生纤维素纤维新型梳理针布的设计与应用

摘　　要：针对再生纤维素纤维的特性以及梳理过程中出现的问题,创新设计了系列新型梳理针布。通过改变针齿几何形状,提高纤维伸直度,控制短绒增长,加强倍长纤维及并丝的排除,同时提高针齿第二点耐磨度,延长针布使用寿命,满足了再生纤维素纤维梳理的需求。实践证明:所设计的新型梳理针布具有较好的使用效果。认为:新型梳理针布可满足多种再生纤维素纤维纱线的生产要求,实现再生纤维素纤维梳理质量的提升。Aiming at properties of regenerated cellulose fibers and problems in carding process,a series of new card clothings were innovatively designed.By changing geometry shape of needle teeth,improving fiber straightness,controling growth of short fiber,strengthening elimination of multiple length staple fiber and string,increasing the second point wear resistance of needle teeth,extending service life of card clothing,carding demand of regenerated cellulose fiber was met.Practice proved that use effect of the designed new carding clothing was better.It is considered that production requirements of a variety of regenerated cellulose fiber yarns can be reached through using the new card clothing,improvement of regenerated cellulose fiber carding quality can be realized.
