摘 要:探讨不同纺纱方法对色纺纱质量的影响。对比3种纺纱方法生产色纺纱的断裂强度、条干CV值、毛羽以及织物抗起毛起球性能、色结等。结果表明:在成纱断裂强度和条干CV值方面环锭纱相对最佳,转杯纱较差;在成纱毛羽和织物抗起毛起球等方面喷气涡流纱相对最佳,环锭纱较差;环锭色纺纱风格种类多样,喷气涡流色纺纱和转杯色纺纱较单一。认为:分析不同色纺纱有利于针对性地开发新产品。Influence of different spinning methods on colored spun yarn quality was discussed.Breaking tenacity,evenness CV value,hairiness,anti-pilling property of the fabric and color knots of colored spun yarns produced by three spinning methods were compared.The results showed that ring yarn was the best in yarn breaking tenacity and evenness CV value,while rotor yarn was worse.Air-jet vortex yarn was the best in yarn hairiness and anti-pilling property of the fabric,while ring yarn was worse.Styles of ring spinning colored spun yarn were diverse,while styles of air jet vortex yarn and rotor yarn were relatively single.It is considered influence of different spinning methods on colored spun yarn is analyzed,which is beneficial to the targeted development of new products.
