摘 要:利用3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)、聚磷酸铵(APP)和壳聚糖(CH),基于自组装原理形成膨胀型阻燃剂,研究棉织物多组分自组装膨胀型阻燃的机制,借助电子扫描电镜、微型燃烧量热仪和垂直燃烧测试仪等,研究组装层数对棉织物阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:由于多组分的协同效应,当组装层数达到7层时,织物阻燃效果增加,火灾危险性明显减小。总热释放量从未整理时的12.2 kJ/g降至10.5 kJ/g,热释放速率峰值从210.4 W/g降至177.4 W/g,垂直燃烧的续燃时间和阴燃时间分别由8.15 s和20.32 s降至5.02 s和2.01 s,且其残炭量由5.6%提高到19.7%。认为:采用多组分自组装膨胀型阻燃机制对棉织物整理后,棉织物的阻燃功能明显提升。3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(APTES),ammonium polyphosphate(APP)and chitosan(CH)were used to form expanded flame retardant based on the principle of self-assembly which mechanism to cotton fabric was studied.With the help of electronic scanning electron microscopy,micro combustion calorimeter and vertical combustion tester and so on,the effect of assembled layers on flame retardancy of cotton fabric was studied.The results showed that due to synergistic effect of multi-components,when the number of assembled layers was reached7,the cotton fabric flame retardancy was increased and its fire hazard was significantly reduced.After the fabric was finished by flame retardant,its total released heat energy of the fabric was reduced from 12.2 kJ/g to 10.5 kJ/g,the peak heat release rate was reduced from 210.4 W/g to 177.4 W/g,the afterflame time and afterglow time of vertical combustion were separately reduced from 8.15 s and 20.32 s to 5.02 s and 2.01 s,the carbon residue content was increased from 5.6%to 19.7%.It is considered that using multi-component self-assembly expanded flame retardant for the cotton fabric finishing,flame retardancy of cotton fabric is significantly improved.
