摘　　要：总结立构复合聚乳酸纤维制备技术的研究进展。介绍了国内外采用熔融纺丝法、溶液纺丝法、静电纺丝法制备立构复合聚乳酸纤维的技术情况,分析了不同纺丝方法制备立构复合聚乳酸纤维的性能特点及影响因素,并探讨了存在的问题。认为:制备高含量、高取向立构复合晶体的立构复合聚乳酸纤维,实现纤维结晶结构的稳定仍是研究热点,在纤维力学与热学性能稳定性以及规模化生产方面还需要深入研究。Research progress of stereo-complexed polylactide fiber preparation technology was summarized.Domestic and foreign technologies of preparing stereo-complexed polylactide fiber by melt spinning,solution spinning and electrostatic spinning were introduced.Properties and influencing factors of stereo-complexed polylactide fiber preparation by different spinning methods were analyzed.Existing problems were discussed.It is considered that preparing stereo-complexed polylactide fiber with high content and high orientation stereo-complexed crystals,realization of stability of fiber crystal structure is still research hotspot.In-depth research is needed in terms of fiber mechanical,thermal property stability and large-scale production.
