摘 要:为能够对基坑围护结构的变形进行有效控制,确保基坑施工安全,采用了新型伺服系统。该套系统全集成全自动,具有无线无管无源、远程监控、液压机械双自锁、防水防撞、施工便捷等诸多优势,克服了传统钢支撑轴力补偿系统占地面积大、受施工现场基坑影响大、受停电影响等缺陷。结果表明,应用新型伺服系统对基坑变形控制更为有利,监测数据更为准确、实时,施工更为简便,其在工程中的成功实施可为类似工程提供参考。To control the deformation of foundation pit retaining structure effectively and ensure the safety of foundation pit construction,a new servo system is utilized.The system is fully integrated and automatic and has many advantages,such as wireless,tubeless and passivity,remote monitoring,hydraulic machinery double self-locking,waterproof and anti-collision,convenient construction and so on,which overcome the defects of the traditional steel support axial force compensation system,such as large area occupied,large impact by the foundation pit on the construction site,impact by power failure and so on.The results show that the application of the new servo system is more favorable to the deformation control of foundation pit,the monitoring data is more accurate and real-time,and the construction is simpler.Its successful implementation in the project can provide reference for similar projects.
