市中心超深基坑风险点分析及控制措施研究

摘  要:为应对市中心超深基坑项目风险因素多、风险评估难等特点造成的施工难题,结合杭州中心项目B2坑的施工对超深基坑的施工风险点及相应的控制措施进行了。从基坑本身的风险分析、周边环境的风险识别分析、风险监控的方法及重点、风险应对措施等4个方面进行分析总结,整理出一套超深基坑风险分析方法及一些可推广的基坑风险应对控制措施,可供后续类似项目参考。To deal with the construction problems caused by the characteristics of many risk factors and difficult risk assessment of ultra-deep foundation pit project in the city center,combined with the construction of B2 pit of Hangzhou Center project,the construction risk points and corresponding control measures of ultra-deep foundation pit are studied.The risk analysis of the foundation pit itself,the risk identification analysis of the surrounding environment,the methods and key points of risk monitoring,and the risk response measures are analyzed and summarized,and a set of ultra-deep foundation pit risk analysis methods and some propagable foundation pit risk response and control measures are sorted out and can be used as a reference for subsequent similar projects.
