摘　　要：依托宜家购物中心上海临空项目,开展“优化钢结构安全操作措施装置”的QC活动。重点介绍了U形可组装伸缩调节平台组件与便携式可折叠接火盆的创新应用,为类似工程提供了借鉴价值。Relying on the Shanghai project of IKEA Shopping Center near airport,the QC activity of"optimizing safe operation measures and devices of steel structure"is carried out.The innovative application of U-shaped assembled and telescopic adjustment platform members and portable and foldable fire basin is mainly introduced,which provides reference value for similar projects.
