摘　　要：从房地产开发企业角度出发,以某高品质预制装配住宅项目为试点,在预制装配式住宅标准化设计、供货安装系统化、质量通病控制、建筑保温、PC构件信息化管控、绿色健康装修等方面进行了研究,为高品质预制装配住宅项目工业化建造技术的应用提供参考和借鉴。From the perspective of real estate development enterprises,taking a high quality prefabricated residence project as a pilot,the research is performed from the aspects of the standardized design of prefabricated residence,systematization of supply and installation,control of common quality problems,building thermal insulation,information control of PC components,green and healthy decoration,etc.It provides a reference for the application of industrial construction technology in high quality prefabricated residence projects.
