摘 要:近年来,间充质干细胞普遍应用于组织工程、细胞治疗等医学领域,低氧微环境接近体内正常细胞真实状态,而间充质干细胞体外培养条件是常氧,间充质干细胞输入体内后,低氧微环境可改变其多种生物学功能,从而影响干细胞体内的治疗效果,因此低氧培养更符合间充质干细胞的生理特性。本文将从低氧对MSCs的增殖、迁移、炎性、旁分泌、免疫性能等生物学特性影响及相关机制进行综述。In recent years, mesenchymal stem cells can treat a variety of diseases and are widely used in medical fields such as tissue engineering and cell therapy. Mesenchymal stem cells are cultured under normoxia in vitro, while normal human tissues and organs are hypoxic and the microenvironment is close to normal cells in the body. In the real state, the conditions for in vitro culture of mesenchymal stem cells are normoxia. After the mesenchymal stem cells are imported into the body, the hypoxic microenvironment can change the various biological functions of mesenchymal stem cells such as proliferation, adhesion, migration and immunity. It affects the therapeutic effects of stem cells in vivo, but the oxygen environment of traditional in vitro cell culture cannot truly mimic the oxygen environment of cells in vivo, so hypoxic culture is more in line with the physiological characteristics of mesenchymal stem cells. This article will review the effects of hypoxia on the proliferation, migration, inflammation, paracrine, immune performance and other biological characteristics of MSCs and related mechanisms.
