摘  要:血压节律是指血压昼夜变化的规律,受到时钟基因的调控。然而,血压节律紊乱会增高卒中发病风险。文章以血压调节过程为线索,围绕时钟基因通路探索period基因调控肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统在血压节律中可能的作用机制,为血压节律紊乱相关机制的深入研究和寻找脑血管病一级预防的新靶点提供参考。Rhythm of blood pressure refers to the circadian variation of blood pressure,which is regulated by clock genes.However,the rhythm disorder of blood pressure increases the risk of stroke.Taking the process of blood pressure regulation as a clue and focusing on the clock gene pathway,this article explores the possible mechanism of period gene regulating renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system in rhythm of blood pressure,so as to provide reference for the in-depth study of the relevant mechanism of rhythm disorder of blood pressure and search for a new target for the primary prevention of cerebrovascular diseases.
