无卤阻燃EVA/Mg(OH)_(2)电缆材料的性能研究

摘　　要：以Mg(OH)_(2)为阻燃剂、过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)为交联剂,通过两步法制备了无卤阻燃交联乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)/Mg(OH)_(2)电缆材料,测试其阻燃性能、力学性能、凝胶含量和电学性能。结果表明:随着Mg(OH)_(2)用量增加,材料的阻燃性能逐渐提高,凝胶含量稍有增加,断裂伸长率逐渐降低,拉伸强度则先升后降;同时,随着Mg(OH)_(2)用量增加,材料的介电常数略有上升,介电损耗(高频下)和击穿强度有所降低,而体积电阻率则先升后降。当Mg(OH)_(2)为120份(质量份)时,材料阻燃可达V-0级,邵氏硬度76,拉伸强度13.2 MPa,断裂伸长率386%,击穿强度23.2 kV/mm,此时阻燃EVA/Mg(OH)_(2)电缆材料的综合性能最佳。Using Mg(OH)_(2) as flame retardant and dicumyl peroxide(DCP)as crosslinking agent,halogen-free flame retardant cross-linked ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)/Mg(OH)_(2) cable materials were prepared by two-step method.The flame retardancy,mechanical properties,gel content and electrical properties of the cable materials were tested.The results show that with the increase of Mg(OH)_(2) addition,the flame retardancy of the materials gradually increases,and the gel content slightly increases,and the elongation at break gradually decreases,and the tensile strength first increases and then decreases.At the same time,with the increase of Mg(OH)_(2) addition,the dielectric constant of the materials slightly increases,and the dielectric loss(at high frequency)and the breakdown strength decrease,but the volume resistivity first increases and then decreases.When Mg(OH)_(2) is 120 phr,the flame retardant of the materials reaches V-0,and Shore hardness is 76,and the tensile strength is 13.2 MPa,the elongation at break is 386%and the breakdown strength is 23.2 kV/mm.At this time,the comprehensive performance of flame retardant EVA/Mg(OH)_(2) cable materials is the best.
