摘　　要：采用熔融共混法,经双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,制备了阻燃聚碳酸酯(PC)材料,研究了螺杆组合对溴系阻燃剂、磺酸盐系阻燃剂、磷酸酯类阻燃剂和硅系阻燃剂阻燃PC材料的力学性能、阻燃性能及热性能的影响。结果表明:使用弱剪切强度的螺杆有助于提高溴系阻燃PC材料的冲击性能。磺酸盐系和磷酸酯类阻燃PC材料的力学性能、阻燃性能与螺杆剪切强弱关系不大。高剪切强度螺杆有助于硅系阻燃剂在树脂中的分散,从而提升硅系阻燃PC材料的力学性能和阻燃性能。The flame retardant polycarbonate(PC)was prepared by melt blending and extrusion granulation in a twin-screw extruder.The effects of screw combination on the mechanical properties,flame retardant properties and thermal properties of flame retardant PC materials with brominated flame retardant,sulfonate flame retardant,phosphate ester flame retardant and silicone flame retardants were studied.The results show that the use of screw with weak shear strength is helpful to improve the impact performance of brominated flame retardant PC materials.The mechanical properties and flame retardant properties of flame retardant PC prepared by sulfonate flame retardant and phosphate ester flame retardant have little relationship with screw shear strength.The screw with high shear strength is helpful to dispersion of the silicone flame retardant in the resin,so that the mechanical properties and flame retardant properties of the silicone flame retardant PC materials are improved.
