摘 要:对高流动性聚丙烯(PP)的熔体流动速率(MFR)进行测定,结果表明:半模口法操作简单、测量时间短,测定PP的MFR误差小,能换算成标准法的MFR;标准法耗时长、数据偏差较大;325 g砝码法测定的MFR与标准法不存在线性关系。Melt flow rate(MFR)of high fluidity polypropylene(PP)was measured.The results show that the half die port method has the advantages of simple operation,short measurement time and small MFR error of PP,and its measuring value can be transferred to MFR by standard method.The standard method takes more time and has large data deviation.There is no linear relationship between MFR measured by 325 g weight method and the standard method.
