摘　　要：文中以蜂窝结构功能性纤维为主开发超仿麻针织面料,采用常温常压分散染料与涤纶抗菌剂同浴染色,并探讨超仿麻针织面料的手感、吸湿速干、抗菌剂及凉感等性能。结果表明:超仿麻面料的手感与麻织物非常接近;吸湿性﹤1 s,5次水洗、10次水洗后的水分蒸发率分别达到75.0%、75.6%,吸湿速干性能优异;对于大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌的抑菌率分别为99.4%、98.7%、88.1%,抑菌效果优于大部分麻纤维;瞬间凉感值Q_(max)为0.19 W/cm^(2),大于标准规定的0.15 W/cm^(2),具有明显的凉爽性。In the paper, the super-imitation linen knitted fabric was developed with honeycomb functional fiber,and dyed with disperse dye and polyester antibacterial agent in the same bath at normal temperature and pressure.The properties of super-imitation linen knitted fabric, such as hand feeling, moisture absorption and quick drying,anti-bacterial and cooling were discussed. The results show that the hand-feel of the super-imitation linen fabric is very close to that of the linen fabric. The hygroscopicity is less than 1 s, and the moisture evaporation rate after washing 5 and 10 times reaches 75.0% and 75.6% respectively, which indicates excellent hygroscopicity and quick drying performance. The bacteriostatic rate of escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans are 99.4%, 98.7% and 88.1%, respectively. The bacteriostatic effect is better than most hemp fibers. The instantaneous coolness value Q_(max) is 0.19 W/cm^(2), which is higher than 0.15 W/cm^(2) stipulated in the standard, showing obvious cool effect.
